- Cancellation and Refund: Customers can cancel their single order or subscription and request a full refund if they notify us a minimum of 4 hours before the expected delivery time. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

- Mistakes or Quality Issues: In the event that a mistake is made from our end or a subpar quality meal is delivered, customers can contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a refund or arrange for a replacement meal as deemed appropriate.

- No Return or Refund After Delivery: After delivery has taken place, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless there is a clear mistake on our part or a substandard meal has been delivered. We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Cancellation: Subscribers have the flexibility to pause or cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, customers should notify us before the next billing cycle.

- Refund for Subscriptions: If a customer cancels their subscription, the settlement amount will be calculated based on the actual number of bowls delivered during the subscription period. Any unused portion of the subscription fee will be refunded to the customer’s account.

Please note that we are unable to refund for bowls that have already been delivered as part of the subscription. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
